Who Takes This Test?

People working with Korean companies or clients, students applying to Korean universities, and the large wave of learners who've come to Korean through music, drama, and gaming and now want to know their actual level. Korean is the official language of South Korea — a global leader in tech, automotive, K-beauty, and entertainment.

The test uses standard written Korean in Hangul — the script used in all formal and professional Korean communication.

What the Test Covers

Grammar: honorific levels (this matters a lot in Korean), verb endings, topic and subject markers, sentence-final forms. Vocabulary: everyday and professional Korean, including Sino-Korean vocabulary. Reading comprehension in Hangul. Correct particle selection and polite expressions.

TOPIK Alignment

Our levels broadly correspond to TOPIK levels 1–6. A1–A2 → TOPIK I. B1–B2 → TOPIK II levels 3–4. C1–C2 → TOPIK II levels 5–6. Approximate — the tests are structured differently.

Common Questions

No. Examinizer is not affiliated with NIIED or the Korean government. For formal Korean academic admissions, TOPIK is required. For professional profiles and personal records, this works.

Yes. All questions and options are in Korean Hangul script.
