When you take a test on Examinizer, you have specific rights regarding your data, your results, and how we handle your information. This page explains them plainly.
Your right to accurate results
Every test is scored automatically against a fixed answer key. No human reviews or adjusts your answers. If you believe a question contains an error, email support@examinizer.net with the question text and your reasoning. We review all reported questions and correct errors in the question pool within 30 days.
Your right to retake
You can retake any test as many times as you want. Each attempt is independent. Previous results are not averaged or combined — only the attempt for which you purchased a certificate appears on that certificate.
Your right to your data
Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email support@examinizer.net. We respond within 30 days.
Your right to withdraw consent
If you subscribed to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of any certificate already issued.
Your right to complain
If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ) at uoou.cz.
