This Refund Policy applies to certificate purchases on Examinizer.net.
Certificate Fee
The certificate fee is $8 USD per certificate. This fee covers the generation and delivery of your personalised PDF certificate.
Refund Conditions
We offer a full refund if:
- Your certificate was not delivered to your email within 24 hours of purchase
- There is a technical error on our platform that prevented correct certificate generation
- You were charged more than the stated amount
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:
- You are dissatisfied with your test score or level
- The certificate was delivered successfully but you changed your mind
- A third party did not accept the certificate (we cannot control third-party decisions)
How to Request a Refund
Email support@examinizer.net within 14 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the refund request. We process refunds within 5 business days.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, as our certificates are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, you waive this right when you request immediate delivery.
