By accessing or using the Examinizer platform at examinizer.net ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and certificate purchasers.

Examinizer provides online language proficiency assessments across 19 subjects and 13 languages. All tests are free to take. Upon successful completion, users may purchase an official digital certificate confirming their assessed proficiency level. The Service is available globally to individuals aged 16 and over.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3. Account Registration
Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
4. Tests and Assessments
Our assessments are designed to evaluate language proficiency and provide an indicative result aligned with internationally recognised proficiency frameworks. Each test consists of 25 questions and must be completed within the allocated time.
You agree to complete assessments independently and without the use of external assistance, translation tools, or other aids. Attempting to manipulate, share, or reproduce test questions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and certificate invalidation.
Test results are based solely on your answers and are calculated automatically. We do not manually review individual test submissions unless a formal dispute is raised.
5. Certificates
Upon purchasing a certificate, you will receive an official Examinizer digital certificate in PDF format, delivered to your registered email address within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Each certificate includes a unique verification code and QR code allowing employers, institutions, or other parties to verify its authenticity at examinizer.net/verify/.
Certificates are issued in your name as provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for certificates issued with incorrect personal details entered by the user. Reissuance due to user error may incur an additional fee.
Examinizer certificates reflect the result of a single timed online assessment. While our assessments are designed with care, they do not constitute formal academic qualifications and should not be used as a substitute for officially accredited examinations where such qualifications are required by law or regulation.
6. Payments and Refunds
Certificate purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes where required.
Because certificates are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment, we operate a no-refund policy once the certificate has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your certificate, please contact us at support@examinizer.net within 7 days and we will investigate and, where appropriate, reissue your certificate.
If payment is disputed or charged back without valid cause, we reserve the right to invalidate the associated certificate and suspend your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Examinizer platform — including test questions, answer explanations, certificate designs, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of your own certificate (e.g. sharing it with an employer or on LinkedIn) is expressly permitted.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) upload or transmit malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service; or (f) use automated tools to access or scrape the Service without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or assessment results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
13. Governing Law
