How the process works
- Send the candidate the test link: examinizer.net/tests/
- They select the relevant language and take the test free.
- They pay €8 and receive a PDF certificate by email.
- They share the certificate with you. You verify it at examinizer.net/verify/ using the credential ID or QR code.
What the certificate shows
Language tested, CEFR level (A1 to C2), percentage score, and test date. It stays verifiable online indefinitely, and no account is needed to verify it.
Corporate plan for volume screening
If you screen more than a few candidates per month, the corporate plan makes more sense. You send invitations directly from a dashboard, credits deduct per test, and results appear in one place. Plans start at €49 per month for 10 certificates.

Questions HR teams ask
Yes. The test is free for the candidate. They pay €8 only if they want the PDF certificate to share with you. Most candidates are willing to do this for a job they want.
Each certificate has a unique 12-character code and QR code. Go to examinizer.net/verify/ and enter the code. You see the holder's name, language, level, score, and date. It takes about 10 seconds.
No. Examinizer is not affiliated with Cambridge, British Council, or IELTS. For roles requiring an officially accredited qualification, you need one of those. For standard hiring where you want a reliable proficiency indicator, Examinizer works well as a first-stage screen.
